The VSCA VR7UAL Pole Award will be awarded to the team that has earned the most VR7UAL Pole Positions over the course of the 2023 VSCA SportsCar Championship in the LMDh, LMP2 and GTD class, respectively.

Attractive prizes await the winning teams, in the form of cash prizes, coupons or store credits with VR7UAL and its services and products in the value of at least $100 US Dollars.

VR7UAL is an edtech startup revolutionizing the training industry. Looking to advance the world using technology, the company believes there is no limit to what the brain can learn if given the right tools and the right environment.

VR7UAL modernizes training by using technology and simulation to leverage training that can be used in muscle regeneration, rehabilitation of motor skills and allows people the ability to re-learn debilitating movements without fear of further injury.

VR7UAL was built from the idea of bringing a simulation and technology market to Eastern Ontario.

“We are building a community to allow anyone to learn and evolve with a group of like-minded, passionate individuals.”, VR7UAl CEO Trevor Hilson said.

“Through the launch of our rapidly growing Discord community, we have created not only a center for gaming, but an area for friendships to prosper, competitiveness to thrive, and for dreams to be reality. Our aim is to encourage all to pursue their gaming passions, be it sim racing, or FPS games.”

Through its branch “vSports” (VR7UAL eSports), the company decided to move into the gaming world, including sim racing, organizing its own variety of racing series and leagues as well.

“We have built this community to prosper a fun, safe and engaging place for anyone to play with other players at any time of the day.”, explained Hilson.

Talks between VR7UAL and VSCA started in recent months and were finalized in early December, to create the VSCA VR7UAL Pole Award. The deal also includes title sponsorship of the two VSCA SportsCar Championship rounds at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (Mosport) on May 20, 2023 and Indianapolis Motor Speedway on September 23, 2023.

“We found a lot of respect in what VSCA does and wanted to become a part of this opportunity.”, said CEO Hilson.

“Through their dedication for realism, and their passion for sportscar racing, we are excited to work with VSCA. By becoming the pole position sponsor for VSCA we aim to grow the vSports community within eastern Ontario, and Canada.”

VSCA President and founder Benjamin Fischer said:

“We couldn’t be more excited to welcome VR7UAL to the VSCA family and I want to personally thank Trevor Hilson and his team, including Thomas Fisher who helped bring this together, for their support and belief in what we’re trying to accomplish as a league and racing series.”

Apex Racing TV to broadcast races at Mosport and Indianapolis

Through the sponsorship deal, VSCA will be able to have the VR7UAL Sports Car Challenge at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park (Mosport) and the vSports Sports Car Challenge at Indianapolis broadcast live on Apex Racing TV.

“It’s a tremendous benefit to have the backing of a partner like VR7UAL. The opportunity to have two races broadcast live on Apex Racing TV makes a difference for the exposure of the series, its teams and their sponsors and partners. It would not have been possible without the support of VR7UAL.”, Fischer added.

Fans are welcome to check out vSports’ Discord servers and various events and racing leagues.

“Our second season of F1 22 is about to kick off, starting December 18th, 2022. The Call of Duty team is currently in an active recruiting/preparation phase, leading into the CDL league starting January 2023.”, said Trevor Hilson.

“Lastly, we are on the verge of launching our iRacing Mazda MX-5 and GT3 leagues starting January 19th, 2023. Our Mazda MX-5 league is designed to be as community friendly as possible, featuring all free content. GT3 is a much more competitive league featuring all of the best content iRacing has to offer.”
