Virginia Entry List Confirmed

The entry list for the Virginia Sports Car Grand Prix has been finalized, confirming a 43-car field for Saturday’s race at VIR. LMP2, GT PRO and GT AM will take part, while GTP does not compete this round.

The grid is made up of 11 LMP2 entries, alongside 16 cars each in GT PRO and GT AM. With 32 GT cars sharing the track with the prototypes, traffic is expected to play a significant role throughout the race.

There have been a few changes since the previous round at Laguna Seca. In GT PRO, the #911 FR13DA Sport Porsche moves onto the grid after the #66 Vulture Motorsports Porsche was placed on the reserve list following its absence last time out.

In LMP2, the #81 Gowin Racing Dallara joins the field after the withdrawal of the #99 Monarch Racing Team entry ahead of the VIR event.

The final entry list features a mix of returning teams and established contenders across all three classes. GT PRO and GT AM both arrive with full grids, while LMP2 fields a slightly smaller but still competitive group at the front of the field.

With the grid now confirmed, attention turns to Saturday’s race, where track position and traffic management are expected to be key factors over the course of the event.
