Homestead-Miami Speedway is hosting Round 6 of the 2026 VSCA SportsCar Championship this weekend. The Miami Sports Car Grand Prix will see a total of 52 cars take the grid when the green flag waves on Saturday.

Obviously, the talk in the paddock is still the departure of Twin Turn Simracing, who had two entries in LMP2 class and one Porsche in GTP class. Their absence will be felt notably on the grid, no doubt. Likewise RedLap Competizione, due to most its drivers being unavailable due to other commitments, has withdrawn its entries the #554 Porsche 963 GTP and #552 Dallara P217 LMP2 from the event and Blocco Motore Simsport had to withdraw their #283 Aston Martin Vantage GT3 in GT AM class for the race, for unknown reasons.

Uncertainty looms over the team of Wolf Motorsport Simracing, and their #512 Dallara P217 LMP2. The entry had missed the last championship round at VIR in April and has yet to be confirmed by the team. Team management offered indications that the organization plans to have the entry return at CTMP end of May, however organizers have been unable to get in touch with team management on whether the entry will compete at Homestead-Miami.

There will also be new entries on the grid. Bravo Snow Schatten have entered their #23 Ford Mustang GT3 in GT AM class - the Brazil team's first ever start in that class. And in LMP2 class the #59 Old Dogs Racing Dallara and #235 Gamma Sim Racing Dallara will make their respective series debut, as well.

VSCA published the official entry list on Thursday for the Miami Sports Car Grand Prix. The race will take the green flag Saturday at 1600 GMT and will be broadcast live, in full, on GreenFlag TV.
