VSCA has announced the 2022 schedule for the SportsCar Championship. The season will kick off at Daytona and return to Florida in late March at Sebring.
Laguna Seca will host the third championship round in April, which will also mark the first round of the VSCA Sprint Cup - a four-race in-series sprint championship.
The other in-series four-race championship, the Endurance Cup, will include the four endurance races of the series at Daytona, Sebring, Watkins Glen and Road Atlanta.
The halfway mark of the 2022 season will be at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course on May 21st.
The second half of the season will kick off with the 6 Hours of the Glen at Watkins Glen in June, before the series makes its lone stop outside the United States in the Canadian Sports Car Challenge at Mosport in July.
Road America will host the Sprint Cup finale in August, before the SportsCar Championship will celebrate the finale of its inaugural season at Road Atlanta with the ten-hour Petit Le Mans in late September.
