The SportsCar Championship will return to GreenFlag TV for its fifth season, with the entire 2026 season broadcast live, from start to finish, on YouTube.

On Tuesday, VSCA and GreenFlag TV made the official announcement that sees the two sides partner up again after the league’s premier series had been featured on GreenFlag TV already in 2024.

“Obviously this is a big moment for the series and we couldn’t be more thrilled that VSCA racing is back on GreenFlag TV. We know this is something many of our fans, teams and drivers have been looking for.”, said VSCA co-founder and president Benjamin Fischer.

“We’ve been working very hard with a couple of very generous donors and with Nolan and his team at GreenFlag TV these past few weeks to put this project together and today’s announcement is the product of that hard work.”, Fischer continued.

“It is a big challenge from a logistics point of view, but even more so financially, to put together a deal like this. We’re talking a grand total of 75 hours of racing, broadcast live, with commentary and analysis.”

“We’re incredibly thankful to the anonymous donors and Nolan, Derrick and the entire GreenFlag TV team for making this possible. But really, our special gratitude is owed to the donors. We can confirm this, that the deal comes in at a total value of $3,570 USD. I think anybody will understand that this is a substantial investment for anybody. We do know that GreenFlag’s top notch production combined with their passion for VSCA racing is worth it and fans have loved the broadcasts in 2024. We’re hoping that our members and fans will appreciate the live broadcasts just as much or even more in 2026 and tune in aplenty.”, Fischer closed his remarks.

Joining the announcement, Nolan Rempel of GreenFlag TV said: “We are thrilled to once more team up with VSCA for covering the upcoming season! The races we covered in 2024 were never devoid of action on track, and our teams are excited to have a compelling series to call once more in 2026.”

The 2026 SportsCar Championship season will kick off with the non-points qualifying race The Roar Before The 24 on January 3rd, which will set the starting grid for the fifth annual VSCA 24 Hours of Daytona on January 10th, 2026.

About VSCA

Established in 2021 the Virtual Sports Car Association (VSCA) is a sim racing sanctioning body that aims to emulate IMSA and its various series based in North America. As of August 2025 counts 1,245 members from 54 different countries, and 170 different teams. In nearly four seasons to date, VSCA competitors and teams have completed 725,095 laps in 40 races.

VSCA prides itself to be a home for aspiring amateur, average-rated and semi-pro level sim racers, and thorough and in-depth procedures and regulations with a strong focus on realism and clean racing in a friendly community that is welcome to all who are respectful.

About the VSCA SportsCar Championship

The VSCA SportsCar Championship is one of the premier privately-organized multi-class sports car series in the iRacing community. Featuring a 100% IMSA race length schedule with marquee events such as the 24 Hours of Daytona, 12 Hours of Sebring, Six Hours of the Glen and Petit Le Mans, the series emulates the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship in its rules and regulations.

Each race features up to 55 cars. The series features four classes: Grand Touring Prototypes (GTP), Le Mans Prototypes 2 (LMP2), Grand Touring Pro (GT PRO) and Grand Touring Amateur (GT AM), with the latter two utilizing all of iRacing's popular GT3 cars.

The series features Full-Course Yellows (FCY) and a points system that rewards not only good results but also clean racing and avoiding incidents. Race Control reviews all car contact incidents and issues penalties where applicant. The series also utilizes VSCA's very own Driver Rating System that classifies drivers and the series' classes apply a variety of requirements such as driver lineup combinations and drive time, depending on a driver's classification.
